Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

RWB is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 8+ years of business development and/or marketing experience with an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction company to join our growing team! This is a Part-time position that could grow into a Full-Time position for the right candidate.  This position is based in our Dallas, TX office.

Position Description

• Proposal Process and Development
  • Seek and manage request for qualification (RFQ) opportunities.
  • Lead the RFQ process from origination to submission.
  • Participate in pre-proposal meetings, debriefs, and interviews as-needed.
  • Assemble all necessary information for RFQs and proposals, including internal resumes, firm experience, firm documentation, subcontractor information, case studies, and any other required materials.
  • Prepare all RFQ documents, including writing content, creating design and layout, producing graphics, editing, and final production (digital or print). Follow all requirements of individual RFQs.
  • Establish and enforce internal and external deadlines to ensure timely completion of proposals and RFQs.
  • Responsible for on-time delivery final submissions, whether via online portal, in-person delivery, courier, or mail.
  • Assist with presentation preparation, presentation materials, etc.
  • Track the status of public project opportunities, such as bond elections.
  • Provide report-outs to leadership team on status of proposals and RFQs.
  • Build relationships with firms that RWB has interest in partnering with or subcontracting work to.
• Marketing
  • Responsible for RWB’s brand, including maintaining consistency and alignment across the company.
  • Prepare quarterly email newsletter, including topic development, copy writing, design, and email list management. Review analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. Report out analytics to leadership team.
  • Responsible for social media channels, including at least once-a-week posting. Develop a content calendar, write post copy, and create any needed graphics. Engage with external vendors and other strategic accounts on social media platforms. Review analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. Report out analytics to leadership team.

• • Create and maintain all digital and print marketing materials, such as brochures, project lists, case studies, banners, etc.
  • Seek and develop award applications for project work, company honors, or individual awards. Track annual award application deadlines.

• Produce website copy for pages and blogs.
• Track and manage ordering of company giveaways.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced marketing manager who feels comfortable in this role. Our ideal candidate would be able to hit the ground running the first week preparing RFQ responses. We are looking for someone with a good attitude regarding this line of work, exceptional character, a desire for quality in their work, and an ability to manage their self well. Our ideal candidate is someone who is able to build consensus among a group of leaders and bring them to a decision.

• Self-motivated – someone that is comfortable taking the lead and acting without direction
• Works Well Under Pressure – Sometimes this role deals with constraints outside their control, such as time constraints, resource constraints, or not having all the information needed to make a decision.
• In-Office Position During Business Hours – this role is in-office and will be required to be present in our office during business hours.
• Technical Skills – we use the Microsoft Office suite for our work, so candidates must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates should be very comfortable with Adobe inDesign and Canva.
