As we enter June, we embark on the celebration of our 38 years in business. Our founders built a solid foundation in 1986, and as the baton has passed, the firm leadership has continued to serve and expand our clients through the growth and development of our staff, ensuring continued high-quality service from RWB Consulting Engineers. As we take a look back this month at where we have been, we also look forward to where we are going, anticipating exciting news in the coming months.
The start of Reed, Wells, Benson & Company…
We started thirty-eight years ago with five employees and a slightly different logo style. Today, our firm still upholds the same high standards we started with by providing a vibrant firm culture and delivering reliable, efficient solutions that exceed our client’s goals.
RWB is no stranger to challenges and embraces new trends in the market. Over time, our expertise has developed into providing more than just MEP design services.

Our services have grown to include 3-D building modeling (using Revit, Construction Cloud, and Navisworks), Construction Management, Facility Condition Assessments, Commissioning, Energy Modeling, and Low Voltage Design Services
A TRANSFORMATION
Some would say that they have had a long-lasting career with us, and we are proud to acknowledge that our average employee retention is five years or more, with many employees achieving 15+ years and some even achieving 30+ years.
