Our interns have the opportunity to get real-world experience in A/E/C industry by using their knowledge to support our team in designing MEP systems for a wide variety of commercial building projects.

There are plenty of paths for your career, and internships are a great way to explore your options. With an internship at RWB, you’ll truly understand what it means to be a consulting engineer. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design engineers and understand what makes buildings… well, work!

It felt like I learned more in my 3 months as an intern than I have since I started college. Everyone at RWB is happy to help me understand why things are done the way they are. I was able to go on many site visits and learned how things are done in the field. The Lunch and Learns are also very helpful, here there are trainings from senior associates and principals to help everyone learn. This is easily the best place I have ever worked.
