2022 ASHRAE Dallas Building Technology Award Winners
We are thrilled to announce that two of our projects have been recognized by the ASHRAE Dallas Chapter for excellence in design. Vanguard High School received the award for New Building – Educational, and Frisco Athletic Center earned the Existing Building – Institutional category.
RWB Knows – Air Cleaning Technologies
We recently worked with Midlothian ISD to provide a solution for air cleaning technology to buildings throughout the district. Dry Hydrogen Peroxide systems were chosen for this application.
Dry hydrogen peroxide (DHP) systems spread gaseous hydrogen peroxide to all parts of the space in which it is located, where it attaches to microorganisms and causes them to decompose. DHP systems are considered safe and create water vapor and oxygen as by-products.
The devices will be used in high-occupancy spaces and clinic locations to improve indoor air quality.

Around the Office
In December, we announced the promotion of several employees at RWB. Doug Bronson and Joseph Proctor were recently promoted to Senior Associate. Kyle Sparwasser and Darrell Willams were promoted to Associate. These team members add value to every project they work on and we’re glad to have them as a part of our leadership team.
We’d also like to welcome the newest employees to the RWB team: Cristien Alanis, Damien Stephens, John Skotnicki, Noah Maxwell, and Miguel Dela Cruz.
In other news, in January we launched new in-house training efforts to providing continuing education to our team members. Technical topics are complemented by project management topics to develop our team.
