Project Details
This 9,000 square foot classroom building houses the sustainable agricultural program at Northeast Texas Community College in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. This project received a LEED Platinum certification and was designed to be a net zero energy use facility. A number of energy efficient features were incorporated into the design include:
- 100% of spaces with day light
- Rain-water collection
- Stock pond
- 80kW Pole Mounted Photovoltaic Array
