2022 ASHRAE Dallas Building Technology Award Winners
We are thrilled to announce that two of our projects have been recognized by the ASHRAE Dallas Chapter for excellence in design. Vanguard High School received the award for New Building – Educational, and Frisco Athletic Center earned the Existing Building – Institutional category.
RWB Knows – Air Cleaning Technologies
We recently partnered with Midlothian ISD to implement advanced air cleaning technology across buildings throughout the district. We selected Dry Hydrogen Peroxide (DHP) systems for this project.
DHP systems distribute gaseous hydrogen peroxide evenly throughout a space, where it binds to microorganisms and breaks them down. These systems are safe to use and produce only water vapor and oxygen as by-products.
Midlothian ISD will deploy the devices in high-occupancy areas and clinic locations to significantly improve indoor air quality.

Around the Office
In December, we promoted several employees at RWB. We promoted Doug Bronson and Joseph Proctor to Senior Associate, and Kyle Sparwasser and Darrell Williams to Associate. These team members consistently add value to every project they support, and we’re proud to have them on our leadership team.
We also welcomed several new employees to the RWB team: Cristien Alanis, Damien Stephens, John Skotnicki, Noah Maxwell, and Miguel Dela Cruz.
In other news, in January we launched new in-house training efforts to provide continuing education for our team. Our sessions cover both technical topics and project management skills to support team growth and development.
