Project Details

This 9,000 square foot classroom building houses the sustainable agricultural program at Northeast Texas Community College in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. This project received a LEED Platinum certification and was designed to be a net zero energy use facility. A number of energy efficient features were incorporated into the design include:

  • 100% of spaces with day light
  • Rain-water collection
  • Stock pond
  • 80kW Pole Mounted Photovoltaic Array
