iProspect is a global digital marketing agency. This 25,000 square-foot rehabilitated warehouse located in Fort Worth features an open layout, with the client looking for both sustainable design features along with unique and interesting elements.

The mechanical design included exposed duct work, which poses design challenges for limiting noise for the employees. From an electrical perspective, RWB included specialty lighting features throughout, creating a unique work environment for employees.
